This class is specifically designed for breast cancer patients, but all members are welcome to join.
Yoga is a practice that combines stretching, controlled breathing and relaxation. It helps to lower blood pressure, improve heart function, reduce stress and calm body, mind and spirit.

Regular Yoga Classes
Monday & Wednesday morning 11:00 – 12:00, Survivors only, throughout the year
Thursday evening 6:00 - 7:00 pm, all members, September to April
During COVID: Participants are asked to register for one class only.
UPDATE: As of Wed Oct. 14th, 2020
Wednesday morning yoga class will be divided into 2 groups permitting one group to meet every 2 weeks.
