This class is specifically designed for breast cancer patients, but all members are welcome to join.
Yoga is a practice that combines stretching, controlled breathing and relaxation. It helps to lower blood pressure, improve heart function, reduce stress and calm body, mind and spirit.

Regular Yoga Classes
**Monday & Wednesday morning 11:00 – 12:00, Survivors only, throughout the year
**Thursday evening 6:00 - 7:00 pm, all members, September to April
During COVID: Participants are asked to register for one class only. At this time classes are limited to only those who are currently registered due to limited space during COVID restrictions.
UPDATE: Yoga to resume Wednesday July 21, 2021
Wednesday morning yoga class will be at 1100am and limited to one class per week.
