All participants require the approval of their physician to participate in our exercise classes.

During COVID:  Classes are restricted to survivors only until further notice. Due to number restrictions in the gym, classes are no longer "drop-in"; participants must pre-register with Willie Kyer.  Participants are asked to register for one class only.  Instructors are not permitted to physically assist those unfamiliar with proper moves and alignment, so at this time, only participants who have previously attended are permitted to join.

If you are interested in joining the class, we kindly ask that you first contact our office so that we can put you in touch with our Fitness Coordinator, Willie Kyer.

Yoga is one of the only approaches to health that assists in keeping your body healthy, strong, and flexible while simultaneously providing mental clarity and emotional well-being.

Available to any level of experience, we combine ancient tradition with innovation.  If you come, breathe, and try your best, you’ll notice immediate benefits.
